HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO INSTALL COMPLETE KIT?

Install time can vary depending on your experience and comfort level. But plan on around 30 minutes.

WHAT DO I DO IF I MAKE A MISTAKE WHEN INSTALLING MY KIT?

Often times pulling a protection tile off immediately will allow you to reinstall correctly. If a piece is unsalvageable, shoot us an email and we can arrange the purchase of replacement pieces.

HOW TO HELP MITIGATE AIR BUBBLES WHEN INSTALLING?

Make sure your frame/components are as clean as possible, applying pressure, and potentially some heat from a blow dryer.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROTECTION KIT LAST?

This is dependent on how often the kit is left in direct sunlight and exposed to harsh conditions. Typically a kit will last a few years.

HOW DO I PROPERLY REMOVE THE FRAME PROTECTION?

Apply some heat via a blow dryer to loosen up the adhesive and then pull the pieces off. Be careful not to use any objects to pry the pieces up. This could damage your paint. Use rubbing alcohol to clean off any leftover adhesive.

CAN I TRANSFER A FRAME PROTECTION KIT TO A DIFFERENT BIKE AFTER INSTALL?

No, we do not recommend removing a frame/component protection kit from one bike and installing directly onto another. The kits are designed for one initial install to maintain the integrity of the adhesive.
