- Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
3. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Akira is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Processing the Return: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return within 5-7 business days. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the item you want as quickly as possible.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
